There are many posts on this blog… this one is number 400. However, this one is so special on many levels, so personal and I am so happy to be able to announce my brand new website. It’s like finally giving birth to a baby, only this one has been in the oven for over 2 years. This website is everything I wanted to be, so clean, so fresh, so….Maloman Style.
I am particularly proud because I stuck to my guns and never even considered using a “template website” that looks like every other photographer site out there. I wanted an original site that is 100% custom and represents everything I stand for. I’m a do it yourself kind of guy when it comes to things like this. I conceptualized this site and did all the front end design. I want to give a huge plug to Vlad & Paul for taking my vision and making it work the way it does now.
Going to celebrate tonight, it’s been a long journey with this website that has finally came to an end. I want to ask all my blog loving friends to please check it out and send me some feedback or leave comments about the new site.

After we booked Tiffany and Brandon’s Miami event, the couple decided to move their wedding to Aspen, Colorado. Are we ever happy they chose to do so! Everywhere you turned was a magnificent view that made an amazing backdrop for photos of the couple. Thank you to Mr. & Mrs Smith for having us there document your destination wedding, we had a blast!

May was our month of Melissa’s… this was our 3rd one. Who knew that was such a popular name? Melissa and Kevin met at the University of Miami and are huge fans. We shot their engagement shoot on campus and they even rented the ‘Canes Shuttle to get their guests to the church and reception. You guys were lots of fun… thanks for letting us capture your big day! Here are some images we were able to grab between rain breaks.

Helena & Ava are on the Maloman Baby Steps shooting schedule. Every 3-4 months we have a date for some major awesomeness. Last time we did a shoot with them they were about 2 months old. Its amazing how fast babies grow and change, especially in the first year. By the way, check out the baby momma session.
If you have a baby or expecting one and are interested in the Baby Steps sessions, please call me or send me an email request. You will not regret it, this ain’t no JC Penny sessions, baby. Happy Friday everyone!

Melissa and Steven’s wedding was a huge Orthodox Jewish affair in Aventura. I especially love Orthodox Jewish weddings for all the activity and emotion that is involved… always makes for great journalistic images. The bride and groom got ready at the swank Fairmont Turnberry Aventura where we did the first look and their editorial shoots. We then headed over to the Beth Torah Synagogue for the ceremony and party for close to 300 guests. A special thanks goes to Roy Llera and his assistant Ricardo for all their help at this event! Check out the slideshow too!
People behind the scenes:
Getting Ready: Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort & Club, Temple: Beth Torah Synagogue, Gown: Reem Acra, Shoes: Tory Burch, Groom’s Tux: Leonard Logsdail (custom made), Flowers/Decor: Daniel Events, Caterer: Majestic Caterers, Cake: Gallery of Cakes, Band: Libido, Hair/Makeup: Lisa Horowitz/Amy Coburn, Cinematography: Ray Roman Films, Editorial Engagement: Ft Lauderdale

First Look. Always fun to shoot.

Tish. Literally means a “table” in Yiddish.

Love this capture of the bedecken. Also Yiddish for “covering”.

Amazing looking Chuppah.

Detail awesomeness.

30 minute horah. Bring it!

Mezinka. A special dance for the parents.
