When: January 26, 2008 • Where: Casa Casuarina in South Beach, FL • Engagement: St. Regis, Fort Lauderdale Beach
The ceremony and reception were set up by the pool on the south side of the house. The pool was an addition that Gianni Versace added to the house when he bought it in 1992. I wanted to mention that the decor and flowers were done by no other than Barton G and if you ever been to one of their restaurants than you know what that means. Entertainment by the amazing Marcia Mitchell Party Band.
Anyway here is part 2 of this amazing wedding. I still have Sunday Brunch images coming…

Cocktail hour in the courtyard

We have been editing thousand of images and we are still not completely done, however I am a man of my word and I like to keep my word. This wedding has been one of the more extraordinary weddings we have covered recently. When Kim and Scott met with us last year they instantly knew I was the perfect guy for them and I could not agree more. They liked the fact that we cover weddings in a very unobtrusive, relaxed way without staging a “show” or taking people away for pictures. Both Kim and Scott are very social people and they just wanted us to cover the event the way it enfolded while they socialized and I think we did just that.
The details on this wedding were insane from Osetra caviar and Dom Pérignon champagne stands during the cocktail hour to huge “chihuahua” size steaks and much more. I don’t think there was anything you could think of that was missing. Enough said, I will let the pictures speak.

Check out the 16×24 beautiful canvas at the entrance. We had 2 more inside.

Lion rug in the Safari Suite. Very cool, but perhaps a little on the creepy side. Stuard Weitzman shoes.

UPDATE TO RECENT EVENTS:
This was a wedding we documented 2 years ago and we feel that we did an amazing job regardless of the recent events. It is a wedding that we are very proud of. Please refrain from leaving “negative” comments here as your comment will be monitored and most definitely not published. Thank you in advance.
Folks, I think I have a really good wedding to post from this past weekend. We were working the whole weekend, starting on Friday with a P. Diddy style uber cool white party, mind blowing wedding on Saturday and delicious brunch on Sunday at the famous South beach Casa Casuarina (aka Versace Mansion).
This event was so big and stunning that I have decided it is not possible to post it all in just one post so for the next few days as we edit the thousands of images we took, I will be posting my favorites so make sure you check in daily. Check out some of the images we took on Friday night.

The court yard has some amazing details.

Killer martini detail shot.
