A few weeks ago I met with my buddy Ray Roman at Club Revolution in Fort Lauderdale to shoot some concert performing shots while he does his magic with video for Heat Wave Band. These guys are awesome. I have worked with them before in the past and I truly think they are among one of the best live bands to have at your wedding or any event. They have a skinny guy in the band that sounds like he killed Pavarotti (RIP) and stole his voice. Thanks guys for letting me shoot your promo pictures. Here are some real eye candy images for ya. Elle, I will be honest with you. You cant take images like those with a point and shoot. Try to increase your ISO to the highest setting possible and shoot manual without a flash. Ray, Art better sit down when he sees your video ;) (January 5th, 2009 9:44 PM)

These images are great! I have no idea who the band is, but I plan on checking them out. I always have a hard time at concerts shooting pics. Obviously I don't have your type of camera, but any suggestions on what setting I should try on a regular consumer digital cam? (January 5th, 2009 7:40 PM)
