Elle, I will be honest with you. You cant take images like those with a point and shoot. Try to increase your ISO to the highest setting possible and shoot manual without a flash. Ray, Art better sit down when he sees your video ;)

These images are great! I have no idea who the band is, but I plan on checking them out. I always have a hard time at concerts shooting pics. Obviously I don’t have your type of camera, but any suggestions on what setting I should try on a regular consumer digital cam?
