Melissa and Steven’s wedding was a huge Orthodox Jewish affair in Aventura. I especially love Orthodox Jewish weddings for all the activity and emotion that is involved… always makes for great journalistic images. The bride and groom got ready at the swank Fairmont Turnberry Aventura where we did the first look and their editorial shoots.
We then headed over to the Beth Torah Synagogue for the ceremony and party for close to 300 guests. A special thanks goes to Roy Llera and his assistant Ricardo for all their help at this event! Check out the slideshow!

First Look. Always fun to shoot.

Tish. Literally means a “table” in Yiddish.

Love this capture of the bedecken. Also Yiddish for “covering”.

Amazing looking Chuppah.

Detail awesomeness.

30 minute horah. Bring it!

Mezinka. A special dance for the parents.
