This wedding is the first one for 2009. Vivian’s story is a long one, if you saw the movie 27 Dresses then you know how she felt. She and her dad own J. Del Olmo Bridal Gallery and Couture (the best gown store on the Miracle Mile) and I know that she has helped many brides find their gowns. She has also been a bridesmaid to at least 13 weddings. With all that said, you can only imagine the joy and emotions that happened at this wedding. This was an amazing Cuban wedding. There is no place like Miami… love shooting weddings here.
I’ve known Vivian for many years and I was so honored when she asked me to shoot her wedding. Both Vivian and Bill are amazing people. Here are some of my favorites.

Let’s be honest, besides my woman, I think Latin women are the most beautiful. Here is proof.

Close to 400 people. I had to fight for a spot. Everyone was in the aisle taking pictures.

Is that Bill wiping a tear? Something must have gotten in his eye.

I have a great 1st post for 2009. We photographed Jill and Martino’s wedding 2 weeks ago at the beautiful Miami Beach Resort & Spa. I knew we had a couple that rocked when we did the engagement session (back when Martino had the James Blunt hair). This wedding was off the hook.
15 bridesmaids and 6 groomsmen, yeah baby bring it on.
Anyway, check out these images and the slideshow. We had a blast shooting this wedding. Thank you for having us there. Call me when your sisters get married. Happy New Year!

First kiss and a dip. I love this shot. You can tell I was anticipating it.
The competition. I think each one of these girls posted and tagged this picture on Facebook. I’m in it.
Jill has 3 beautiful sisters. I wonder what it was like growing up…..

Again, I can’t stress this enough, but I am such a lucky guy to be doing what I do and have amazing clients. Deanna was referred to me by another amazing couple. After talking to her on the phone for the first time, we both knew we were meant to be together. So last month we arrived on a freezing Sunday morning in Cape May, NJ. Deanna and Scott had the most amazing bridal party and guests that made us feel like shooting a friends wedding.
Thank you guys for having us shoot your killer destination wedding and major kudos to those bridesmaids who endured freezing temperatures just so I can get my images made at the beach (32 degrees with a wind chill of 19). This slideshow will make you all warm and fuzzy.
